Terms of use
Using qtick.ai means accepting these terms. They are short because the service is simple: a research terminal that shows you computed numbers, for you to do your own thinking with.
Last updated 2026-08-11
The service
QTick is a stock research terminal: dossiers, screeners, leaderboards and related tools computed from public filings and market data. It is information for self-directed research. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation service, and not a broker — the full boundary is on the Disclaimer page, which is part of these terms, as is the Privacy page.
Beta
The product is in open beta and currently free (Pricing). Features may change, pause or be withdrawn while the beta runs. QTick aims for the site to be available and correct, and promises neither.
Accounts
An account needs a working email address. Keep your credentials to yourself; what happens under your sign-in is yours. QTick may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, probe or disrupt it, or resell or republish its data feeds and computed outputs wholesale. Quoting figures or passages with attribution to QTick is welcome.
Content and data
The site’s design, prose and computed outputs belong to QTick. Underlying market data belongs to its originators and reaches you delayed — quotes by at least 15 minutes. Values QTick does not have render as not on file; they are never estimated to fill a cell. Details of provenance are on the Disclosures page.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. QTick makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Filings can be restated, feeds can lag, models can be wrong. Verify anything that matters against the primary source before acting on it.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, QTick is not liable for losses arising from use of the site — trading and investment losses included. Markets carry the risk of losing the capital you commit, and decisions made with QTick open on your screen remain your decisions.
Changes
These terms may be revised; the date at the top is restamped when they are. Using the site after a revision means accepting the revised terms.
