Disclosures
How the research is produced, who could stand to gain from it, and where the numbers come from — stated plainly, because a research site that scores companies owes its readers the same transparency it demands of filings.

How the research is produced
Every score, signal and verdict on qtick.ai is computed by code from public data, on a fixed schedule, with the same method applied to every covered company. There are no human analysts writing calls, and no one edits a score by hand. The methods are published at How we score; the signal’s record is self-graded in public at Track record.
Conflicts of interest
QTick receives no compensation of any kind from companies it covers. Coverage cannot be bought, no issuer sees output before publication, and no coverage decision is for sale.
The people who build QTick may personally hold positions in securities the site covers. Because every number is computed mechanically for every covered company on the same schedule, no score, verdict or ranking is — or can be — adjusted around any such position.
Advertising
The site currently carries no advertising and no sponsored placements. If sponsored placements ever appear, they will be labeled as sponsored, kept apart from the research, and will never influence a score.
Data sources
Every number on the site traces to one of these inputs:
- Regulatory filings — annual and quarterly reports, ownership and fund filings — retrieved from SEC EDGAR. Where a dossier cites a figure, the citation points at the filing it came from.
- Exchange-originated market data, delivered delayed — quotes by at least 15 minutes. QTick is not a real-time quote service.
- Licensed third-party reference and historical datasets, used for price history and reference data.
Price history is adjusted for splits and not for dividends. When an input is missing, the value renders as not on file — nothing is estimated to fill a gap. Where a metric’s pipeline is under review, its method is described at How we score while its current value is withheld.
Affiliation
QTick is independently operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the SEC, any exchange, any broker, or any company it covers.
