Not investment advice
QTick is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or fiduciary in any jurisdiction. Nothing on the site is a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer of any security or strategy. The dossiers describe what the data shows; what to do about it is yours to decide.
What the verdict words are
Dossiers carry one-word verdict labels — WAIT., STRIKE., SELL.— and calibrated odds beside them. These are the model’s compressed read of the computed numbers, produced by the same code for every covered company on the same schedule. They know nothing about you — your holdings, horizon, taxes or tolerance — and are not individualized advice. How they are computed and how often they have been right is public: How we score and Track record.
Risk
Markets can move against any position, and capital committed to them can be lost. Past performance — including QTick’s own self-graded record — guarantees nothing about future results. Position sizing, diversification and the decision to act at all are outside what any research page can settle for you.
Data limits
The numbers are computed from public filings and market data. Quotes are delayed by at least 15 minutes. Price history is adjusted for splits but not for dividends. A value QTick does not have renders as not on file rather than an estimate — and a filing can be restated after a number was computed from it. Provenance is detailed on the Disclosures page.
Personal advice
If you want advice that accounts for your situation, that is the job of a licensed adviser who knows it. QTick can tell you what the numbers say; it cannot tell you what you should do.
